The company returns and exchanges goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights“.
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Return conditions for goods of good quality
You can return the product or exchange it if:
– the product has not been used and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
– the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
all labels and factory markings are preserved;
– the product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.
